Return Process

  Contact our support team at [email protected] with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Equipment

  Carefully disassemble your machine if necessary and pack it securely in its original box with all manuals, tools, and accessories included.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided return label to the package and drop it off at an authorized courier point or schedule a professional collection for heavy machinery.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the returned item, we will process your full refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
